Clown II: Physical Comedy and the Architecture of Laughter
This 10-week intermediate course deepens the performer’s understanding of Clown through the language of the body. Students will refine their sense of timing, physicality, and spatial awareness, exploring how physical design and movement create comic rhythm and dramatic tension. We will construct bits, play with objects, and investigate the visual structure of comedy. Through physical improvisation and rehearsal, students will build skills in comedic form, movement precision, and ensemble play.

Holy Fools Day Parade
Join us for Church of Clown's Fourth Annual Holy Fools Day Parade!
Gather at Church at 11am
Parade Starts at 12 pm
We shall gather and parade to celebrate the holiness that is silly, joy, and laughter. Don yourself in your most joyous clown threads and gather at The Church at 11am to prepare for a parade up to our local park. We will be easy to find, so if you're running late, just look up the block for the clowns bumbling their way up the street.
Post parade we’ll congregate for food and yummy potluck. Bring things to share!

My Lil’ Guy is a mostly-mime epic following the travails of a clown who goes to town on his manhood, only to find herself face-to-face with their humanity. Join us on Sunday, September 7 for a movie showing that starts at 7pm. This is a great time to find the Church, meet your classmates, and get a feel for our neighborhood before the big First Day Of School one week later!
Help Wanted
Help Wanted is a clown, mime, and shadow play inspired by real-life immigration stories and every clown’s fantasy of joining the circus. Through physical theater, the piece explores searching and failure, interspecies friendship, transformation, and belonging—tracing a journey toward finding a place to call home.
