Come play! This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your curiosity, imagination, and sense of fun. Through games, movement, improvisation, and red nose clowning, we’ll explore what happens when we let go of trying to be perfect and allow ourselves to be fully present.

We’ll laugh, take creative risks, make mistakes, and discover how those “oops” moments can become some of the most magical parts of clowning. No experience needed, just bring comfortable clothes and a willingness to play.

Whether you’re a performer, educator, parent, or simply someone looking for more joy in your life, this workshop is for you. CoiCoi is teaching a mime class directly after Playful Clowning from 2-5, register for both workshops and spend the whole day playing and using your imagination!

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Carolina “CoiCoi” Duncan is a Colombian-born clown, circus artist, educator, and founder of Duncan Playful Circus. She was the first Colombian female clown to perform with Ringling Bros. and has spent more than 20 years sharing circus, clowning, and creative play with communities around the world.

CoiCoi believes that play is a powerful tool for connection, confidence, and creativity. Her workshops create a welcoming space where participants can laugh, take risks, express themselves, and discover new possibilities through movement and imagination.
