Physical Theatre Summer Intensive with Meadow

This physical theatre crash course welcomes you into the world of your own body. In this workshop, Meadow will guide you through multiple physical techniques that can be used to enhance your connection with yourself, as well as your physicality and presence on-stage. Through individual focus and ensemble work you will learn different ways you can use your body to tell a story. Come ready to move and bring a notebook and something to write with in case you want to keep anything you learn with you for next time.

Meadow is an actor, director, physical theatre artist and above all a clown. They work in and around Los Angeles putting up shows whenever and wherever they can. They have studied mime, physical theatre, ensemble work, bouffon, red nose clowning, slapstick, viewpoints, dance and gymnastics. They have a passion for the physical and use their body to create works of art and movement.  You can catch them performing around the town or even on your local street corner.
